Third graders learned about how our country became united after 9/11. Each student colored a tile which came together to make one big picture. America, with many unique individuals, came together to form one huge support team. Tri-Central Trojans use lifelines and life goals to learn how to do exactly that!

30 Day Carryover Expiration Notice

If your child is currently receiving free or reduced-price meal benefits as part of the USDA 30-day eligibility carryover allowance, meaning you have not yet submitted a free and reduced meal application for the 2026-2027 school year, you should have received an email or text earlier this week informing you that we are approaching the expiration date for that eligibility.

Eligibility carryover allows children to maintain their prior school year eligibility status for up to 30 operating days into the next school year or until a new eligibility determination is made; whichever comes first.

If your child(ren) are receiving benefits under this provision, please submit a new application no later than September 17, 2026. Children who have not been approved for benefits for this school year or who do not have a new application approved will automatically go to full pay status on September 18, 2026.

Applications can be accessed through the Skyward parent portal. If you need an application emailed or mailed to you or you have any questions, please contact Tami Wyant at 765-963-2560 ext. 1172, twyant@tccs.k12.in.us or by text at 317-558-9711.

Thank you

Check out these Pre-K students creating their first paintings in the art room! Students learned that they have to hold their paintbrushes like a ballerina! They practiced gliding their brushes across the paper as the brushes stood on their tippy toes. 🖌️🧑‍🎨🎨 Small School, Big Results! 💙💛💙

Today some of the third graders discovered that you can research not only with technology, but also by taking a trip to the library! Everyone was excited to learn how to use the World Book Encylopedia. Students were very engaged while exploring different topics such as types of gems, braces, and bugs!
